Azoospermia is a clinical condition in which sperms are absent in semen of a patient. In such cases, testicular FNAC and biopsy is carried out to evaluate the status of spermatogenesis in testis. If sperms are present in seminiferous tubules, then there may be possibility of vas deference obstruction and some other obstructive conditions, In this way treatment of male infertility may be carried out subsequently.
